First one was DOA. Second one had a broken antenna cover. So I put the good antenna cover from the first one on the second one.Customer service is very good. You can call them and they actually care about your satisfaction.As for the camera, it does work as advertised. There are some features I really wish it had, like ability to move the camera through the app and ability to connect to the camera with regular security monitoring software. (Blue Iris) You can only use the app. A little limiting for serious security installations.I do think for the casual user, it's a good device. I also think the moving LED floodlight is a strong crime deterrent.

I love the way Nightwatcher LED Tracking light tracks your every move. It's right on point but I have experienced the lights stays on longer than 3 minutes. I not sure if the flying insects are the reason?? As of July 6, 2018 I made a complaint to the company and spoke with Ms. Tracey a very nice, helpful and kind Lady she instructed me try several thing, of course, I tried them but to no avail. Called back a few days later and without hesitation Ms. Tracey stated I would receive a new light because the light I have is malfunctioning. Now how is that for great customer service. I love I!!!.

For those that purchased read the instructions for the distance and coverageTo ensure u hardwire it in the proper location for the light to track where u want it to and mount it high to prevent someone from tampering with itAnother plus is at night, the light turns on prior to entering the driveway (due to where I placed it)And tracks me thus providing lighting for meIt also tracks anyone day and night (setting option)The light is bright and neighbors friends have commented they r going to purchase oneThe tracking feature is a deterent for potential criminals

This light installed easily and worked as advertised. Be aware: multiple people moving around this light will cause it to turn back and forth between the targets. A single motion is much more impressive, tracking quickly. It even tacked my 8 year old son, trying to hide from it. Very bright, great buy.

I purchased three of these lights because they sounded SO GOOD.After four emails to customer service, and three promises from the same woman that she would get back to me, I am returning them.Of the three lights I purchased, in two separate orders, none would actually track motion or heat.The instruction book it says "if the stepper motor stops working, the tracking light becomes a regular motion sensor security light".Well, $130 apiece is a high price for motion sensor lights.And on all three of mine the stepper motor never worked except to swivel into forward position, and no kind of heat or motion will turn them on.

first of all, must say this light is durable. I dropped it on concrete from several feet before installing. It still works fine! It is a solid product and does exactly what the description said it would. I think this will be great as a home security device and also handy when I BBQ at night.

The light is awesome, and so is the customer service at versonel. Had an issue with the first one that I purchased, and they didn’t hesitate to help me resolve it. So happy that I ordered another one!

Great idea, hoped not to be the one who would have a problem with this light as some people had indicated. However after the installation and the disposal of my previous working motion light, i discover that this thing is worthless. It does spin its motor but does not light or react to the movent. Most horrible products that i bought through amazon in a long time, i buy a lot of stuff. Very pissed considering that i had an electrician come over and had to pay regardless.
