I received this yesterday, just in time to start freezing foods for my daughter, who turned 6 months recently. I love that there's 7 openings, one for each day of the week, and that they each hold 2.5 oz. It's silicone, so it's easier to get the food out once it's frozen. The lid snaps on perfectly. Best of all, it's nice and compact. We have a LOT of stuff in our freezer, so the small, round design is perfect for us. I am considering buying a second one so I can make two different meals and freeze them at the same time instead of waiting for one to freeze, pop them out, and freeze more. This is a great buy, because even after the baby doesn't need frozen foods anymore, we can still use it to freeze other foods such as broth or spices.

I use this all the time. It is one of my favorite purchases for freezing baby food. I haven't used it for breast milk but I am sure it would work. The silicon doesn't stain and it doesn't retain smell. It is a thicker silicon so that its form stays. You have to run water on the back for it to easily come out fast. But if you are not in a hurry, just let it sit on the counter for a couple minutes. I also kept it in a deep freezer so that might be why it was harder to slide out right away because it was FROZEN FROZEN. I like this.

I just used this for the first time as I am in the beginning stages of making my sons baby food. I read some of the comments that the book was not included, however, before I even received my item I received a lovely email from Ventien (signed by Melissa Daniels) it not only included the book (in pdf) but another pdf on "How to Get Great Results From Your VenBaby Freezer Tray." So far I used it for sweet potatoes and carrots. One sweet potato thinned (with water, breast milk or formula) to a stage 1 baby food consistency filled all 7 slots. For the carrots, I used baby carrots (about 20-22 baby carrots) again thinned to a stage 1 baby food consistency filled all 7 cubes. They popped out easily after freezing, I transferred the cubes to freezer bags so that I could make more food. I am definitely interested in buying more but it is currently not available 😩 I hate to look elsewhere because of the excellent customer service but for my little one, this storage container makes about 2 days worth of food and I would prefer to prepare at least a weeks worth or more at one time. This appears to be a great product, but I'm sending it back. I am using the book, "The Amazing Make-Ahead Baby Food Book: Make 3 Months of Homemade Purees in 3 Hours" and I will need more than 7 "slots" for the purees that I'm making/freezing. I was able to find silicon ice cube trays that will be more cost effective and also make square cubes which I think will maximize space in my freezer. That being said, I would recommend this product if you don't need as many "slots" or if you don't mind the price.

I use this for storing my son's baby food. It's really easy to get the food out of the tray when frozen or if it's in the refrigerator. When the food was thawed/at refrigerator temperature I used a tablespoon to scoop the food out and because of the way the compartments are designed every drop of food came right out! I am really happy with this purchase.Another thing I would like to note: I took my son's food with us in this container when we went away for the weekend and nothing leaked or spilled into the other compartments.Two suggestions for improving the product (this is why I gave it 4/5 stars):1. Include measurements so that you can easily see how much food is included in each compartment (1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons, etc.)2. Create a way to label each compartment

Highly prefer this one with a snap-on lid over the silicone lid that doesn't stay in! Just wish I'd had this for my 1st two kiddos instead of ice cube trays!

This is so great. Started off with two and now have four! Perfect for bottom load freezers. So easy to use and clean. Just wish the price was $5 cheaper and I would buy more!!

The tray works great, arrived on time and in good packaging. However, it was supposed to come with an electronic recipe book and there was no mention of a book or code or anything about it.
