I am giving this 2 stars as for the last hour I have been dealing with a knotted up mess. After taking out the factory knot and loosening up the chignon style twist I began to wind the yarn into a center pull ball. After getting 3 rotations the entire skeen began to crunch up on itself leaving me a single ball of knots to untangle. In addition, the description says it recommends a size 5 needle which led me to believe this would be a medium weight, it’s not, it’s lightweight and I wouldn’t use anything above a 4 if you are looking for a tight stitch (which I am as I was looking to make a face mask). Although the yarn is beautiful in color and texture and I can still use it for a shawl I feel it only appropriate to deduct 1 star for every hour I will spend untangling these mess.

This is pretty soft and eye catching. It works up nicely however I'm shaving off stars simply due to the fact it's not winded properly. Once you open up the hank you'll be spending about a hour untangling it before winding into a center pull skein. For the price point of this yarn, which is on par with other international brands you'd think they would wind their hanks better. Lotus makes all sorts of products which is high quality, just they need to do better with their hanks.Overall good buy when you dismiss the yarn barf they call their hanks.

This yarn knits up quite nicely. I used it for socks. You must wind it yourself in a ball once you get it. As to stretch a piece measuring 3"(8cm) will only stretch 1/16" (2mm) when very gently stretched.

Absolutley beautiful beautiful yarn. Soooo soft and luxurious. I truly am in love w. This and most bamboo yarns. I do think this yarn is alittle pricey but its good quality and i believe to be a small more family buiness selling it so I rather put my money into those types of buiness when I can.

Soft, flows while crocheting. Love it. Worth the hassle of winding.

As good as the description, the color is very beautiful, the price is suitable, the feel of the yarn is also very soft, the summer crochet cutout shirt, cool and not stiff, is also very suitable for beginners, intends to hook a bag for my daughter.

I pulled up videos on YouTube just to make sure I was unwrapping This yarn properly so that it wouldn’t tangle but that doesn’t make a difference in tangles anyway I do believe there is a flaw in the way that it is manufactured because no matter what you do it is nothing but a bowl of tangled yarn.
