I can say this is a fitting tribute to princess Diana and that fairytale wedding dress.Stunning drawings on how the emanuels got to the finishing look of the dress not only does this book tell readers about all the work that went into creating the wedding dress but also about the infamous black dress they made for Diana before her wedding. It could have done with more pictures of the wedding day itself and pictures of that glorious 25 ft train.A must have for people who loved Diana.

As a teenage girl at the time of the wedding I so wanted to know what was going on behind the blinds at the Emanuel salon. This book enabled me to do so- albeit many years later. This is a fitting tribute to the late Princess of Wales's iconic wedding dress and also tells the story of a young design team and their seamstresses.

A lovely book detailing the inspirations and making of the wedding dress.Love it or loathe it the dress was an icon of its time,together with the whole sad Diana story.My only disappointment was to find out {via this book}that there is an identical but more expensive publication,which carries a piece of the actual material used for the dress.I would totally recommend this book for the 'Diana' fans.

Good book. Delivered before scheduled date and well packed. Disappointed with contents. Expected more pictures of Diana in the finished dress. Would recommend this book for someone interested in the background to making the dress.

I haven't looked at it properly but it seems to be a lovely book. Also reading James Whittaker's book on Princess Diana at the moment. All so tragic.
