Could be a size or two bigger..
I bought the 25mm x 70mm x 15mm Tall weight, and for the most part, I really enjoy the size, weight, and feeling of it, however, after an hour or so of wearing, the wrinkles in the skin gathered inside the weight begin to hurt and pinch. If the weight was 80mm wide, it would have enough room for all the skin, without punching and pinching it. I might grow into it over time, but for now, it is very painful for long use with this issue. Also, when fastening in place, the locating pin opposite the set screw can bind while clamping, making it hard to close, and possibly resulting in a sudden pinch when un-binding. a slight modification will relieve this, by sanding the conflicting portion down slightly.

Super Comfortable
Put this on the moment I received it and walked around the house to make sure the weight was decent. Once I was ok with the weight I went out and ran a few errands to see how everything felt for day-to-day usage. Once I got home I went straight to the computer and order the 15mm and 35mm tall versions so that I can add/subtract as necessary based on how the boys are feeling any particular moment on any particular day.Compared to the standard round ring I feel like this is far more comfortable for normal wear outside of the house, especially with a quality silicone lube giving everything the freedom to move around as necessary. Not sure the lady is going to feel the same way about it bouncing off her soft parts but we're definitely going to give it a go to see ;)Edit: Someone at TheChainGang is probably wondering why I can't make up my mind. I've now ordered and received the 15, 25, & 35mm ovals and I believe tomorrow I will be receiving my 50mm oval. Currently wearing the 35/15mm combo and I think it's neat that they rotate together if you need to spin them around for lube distribution or whatever. Super excited to get the 50mm to add to the stacking capabilities for whenever that time comes. Shipping is super-fast, the product is phenomenal, and these ovals just look like art.

What a feeling
Took a couple tries to find the right fit, boys are bigger/wider than I thought. I originally got the 12 oz but as soon as I put them on I knew I needed more weight. With the 12 oz I was able to wear 24/7 with no issues. Today the 1 1lb 12.9oz came in and it fits great. The extra tug was very noticeable and just what I wanted. I may even try to double up on the weekends.

This is one serious chunk of metal.
As you can see this is one serious chunk of metal. The one I got is 25mm x 70mm x 35mm which means it is roughly 1 in by 3 in inside measurements which are the ones that count. As you can also see it's about 2 inches wide by 4 inches long externally. It weighs 1 lb 11.2 oz or 775 g.I have a large sack and believe me this thing was a little tricky to put on but I would not have needed one larger. I'm not really sure whether when it's on it is supposed to go side to side or front to back. I guess the next time I put it on I will walk around a bit with it on and see where it lands on its own. I do like the weight though. I could see where you would need to put some lube on it and by this I mean a little bit of Crisco, beard oil or something that will stay with you for a while, not water-based that will dry up quickly if you plan to wear this thing for any length of time and you're going to need to for it to do what you bought it for.Once it's on and oiled up it is comfortable with no pinching or binding.Under the photos I figured I better not put a how-to video or that would get us all kicked off Amazon hahaha. One thing I will add is that it arrived in less than a week.

Early user, 25x60x25
I just started using weights a little over a month ago and the oval design is the most comfortable and suitable for extended wear that I've tried. Yes, I went through multiple designs fast. I got impatient once I got hooked! I have several circular donut weights. Ultimately the main problem I had with them was that they concentrated the stress mostly on the front portion of skin. Abrasions and such meant I had to limit wearing them and take lots of breaks. The oval design spreads out the stress much more evenly. I can wear the oval day after day all day long no problem. I'm an average sized guy and got a 25x60 for interior dimensions, so be prepared to order larger than you think. One thing I learned on these weights is that 1-2mm can make the difference. In the case of the oval weights, it's the 25, not the 60 in my case. I'd had to pad my donuts to get a slip free fit and also had to for the oval, but not much. I put a 1mm craft foam shim in one side and wrapped it with teflon tape to hold it in place. No slippage. I think the 25mm dimension is going to be one size fits most. It's the long dimension that you need to choose carefully. Mainly you just need to make sure there's enough room for all the skin, but not too tight as that restricts circulation. Too big works OK. Too small is unhealthy. I wish these had a magnetic option. They could easily do this with pins and magnets on both sides. That's the one drawback. You can't remove a bolt on quickly if you encounter a situation you can't foresee where it's disadvantageous to be wearing the weight.
