Wasn't too bad. I received it on time and followed the instructions, but when applying it it's hardto keep it on your lips. It would literally fall off while applying and it states that you're supposed to rub it on lips for 1 minute, then either lick off or wash off with water. I prefer to wash off, others might like the taste of the brown sugar. It seemed to work, my lips were smooth and when I applied lipstick or just lip gloss I didn't have any chapped lips. But after awhile of using it I noticed a tiny area where there was like peeled away skin. I stopped using it for the time being to let it heal up. (I don't think you need to use everyday just when your lips start to feel kind of I guess the best way to put it is dry, flaky or chapped). And rub it on slowly and have it on no longer than you're supposed too. But it does help to some degree.

I love it taste sooo good an makes my lips soft an supple but I'm not going to lie it does not last for as long as I was hoping I give it 5 mins or so

I could not even open up the container to the product. This is not a good product at all.

This is so dry- I swear it has nothing in it to moisten it. It is tightly packed into the jar, you have to scrape it to attempt to get the material out of the jar- thankfully it was cheap.

Received my lip scrub a few weeks ago. Goes on nicely, and scrubs great! It also tastes good.
