Brighter than I expected (with fresh batteries), maybe not quite as the brightest wax votive but close to average. The flicker is reasonably natural and the candles look real enough from 5 feet away. Got these after the smoke from wax candles blackened the white ceiling of my bathroom during bath time, and I couldn't be happier. Even came with 2 sets of batteries!

I didn't use all of the candles at once, which is unfortunate because it is now past the return time. Two of them do not work at all, even after replacing the battery. Some of them do not turn off. So basically they just run down the battery once you turn them on the first time.

So cute! They even came with a replacement battery for each candle! By far this best value😘

The chart on this Amazon page erroneously lists these candles as being made of wax. False advertising! I received them and they are 100% plastic. I chose these instead of other brands that have a timer feature because I thought that they had at least an outer layer of wax. No such thing. So now I have no wax and no timer!

Tho' a tad smaller than I expected, these are great little LED votives..even includes extra batteries! I highly recommend!
