ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix Travel Packets (15 Count) | Sweet Cream Flavor

I have been drinking this shake for 3 years now. I used to buy the big bag, but the individual packets are best for me. I love the flavor of the shake and add frozen fruit to it or fresh fruit. I have lost weight on this shake and my family sees a huge difference when I don't drink it. I need the nutrients in the shake and whatever is in it keeps me going. I teach 8-9 classes of Zumba a week and need this shake every morning - I do not feel satisfied if I don't have it. Burning 800 calories with Zumba; add walking, piloxing, pound and other exercise - I need the nutrients. It is not going to make you skinny - you have to do the work as well.I have tried other shake mixes and the taste is just awful - this is the only one I can drink. I am lactose intolerant and use almond milk to mix it.I used to be on their auto ship, but ordering off Amazon works much better for me and I love the individual packets.

I mix it with a banana frozen strawberries and 6 ounces of almond milk in a blender. Super low calorie, great tasting and low calorie snack.

Liked that it had a good source of mineralsCholesterol was not a plus because mine is elevated right now. But it was 15mg per pouch. So if your cholesterol is good. It works well as a meal substitute.

I lost 1 pound after 1 week which, for me isn't too bad. I like that I didn't have to buy a month's worth of stuff I wasn't sure would work. I am going to re-order and hopefully I will not regret that. I am in the middle of my second week and still skeptical about the results. I work out and I run so I just don't know if the results are from cutting back calories and working out but I am willing to try this for another week or two. I will say that I have been drinking a shake 30 minutes before a workout and I have had more energy and ended up working out harder than usual.

I bought this 15 shake package to test out the whole BBV product without being hassled by a Rep. I found I really liked the conviniece of a shake in the morning but was not so enthusiastic about another shake for lunch or dinner although I did test it as a two a day process. I'm not sure what it was but I felt like I had more energy and stamina throughout the day. I have not had a BBV shake in almost 2 weeks and I decided to order the Balance Kit. Hopefully I will enjoy it as much as I did the individual packets, and cross my fingers I will see some benefits other than a quick easy breakfast! ;)

Of the many low-sugar/carb/fat shakes I've tried, I'd say these are among the top 3. I'm on a low glycemic index diet (Nutrisystem) and wanted some variety. These shakes are not as rich as caseine/milk shakes but still very good - no overt chemical flavor, just sweet enough as a treat but not so syrupy they make you thirsty. Good nutrition profile too. They don't keep me as full as the other shakes because they're not milk-based but that's ok for me - I blend them with ice to make them a little frostier and thicker. Recommended.

Good protein powder ...great for smoothies, I just add some frozen fruit and it fills you up for a meal.
