Great product, looks very nice on my patio doors. Let's in light without sacrificing privacy. My only complaint was installing it, I recommend having a friend assist you. Tip: purchase a squeegee window film kit. The kit I bought came with a cheap plastic squeegee and it scratched up the pattern so I think using a rubberized squeegee would be better.

I bought this because we only have 1 window in our bedroom. It overlooks our neighbors driveway and work shed. Our puppy likes to bark if he sees them. I needed something that would block people from seeing in, stop him from seeing out, and still let in some natural light. This was perfect!!! I had looked at some at Home Dept and Lowes but they offered film that was very utilitarian looking. I also had a problem finding the width to go across these windows without having to piece it together. I wanted something pretty and this was everything I needed and 1/2 the price of the big stores! This was a snap to put up. I did it by myself and it took me 20 min? The longest part was actually scrubbing the window! Lol.It's easy peasy. I measured the windows and added 3/4 of an inch to all 4 sides, wet the window very very thoroughly, and peeled the backing off and smoothed it out w a credit card. You can slide it around to get it even and straight once you have it up as long as the water is there to help maneuver it in place. Then I used a razor to trim off the excess. The picture I have was taken at 8pm at dusk. I'll post another picture in the daylight. I'm going to use my scraps for the plastic drawer units I have. After doing these 2 panes, I still have enough to do another pane and a bit extra!

Wow! I’ve been through lots of window cling since i move frequently, and this stuff is by far the nicest I’ve ever used. I bought an extra wide roll and was able to use it “sideways” on the front door to conserve on cling. Will also be applying in the bathrooms.I was expecting to be able to see the shadow of someone standing behind the glass, but this stuff provides total privacy. The first picture is pitch black night, all the lights on inside, with someone in a red shirt standing directly on the other side of the door- you can barely tell!It does let in a little less light from outside than I’d hoped- see second picture from inside during the day. But i guess that’s the price of extra privacy.Another bonus with this cling is it came with a protective cover over the “window” side to prevent you from getting finger oil on it while cutting.A word of advice: the best way to apply this stuff is to cut it a little too large, apply to the door, and then use a ruler and exactly knife to cut to size. No one is perfect enough with just scissors to apply flawlessly any other way.

Complete transformation of my laundry room for under $25. I removed the old roman shade from the large windowed door and added this film. Seems to give adequate privacy and I love the design. I think you could go several ways with the decor: Moroccan, country, French, boho, etc. This film is thicker than Gila which made it super easy to apply and trim on the window. I'll change my review if it doesn't stay adhered well. My laundry room faces east and takes the full morning sun. It's so much more cheerful in there now!

Not very sticky, ended up taping it into the windows, but it still looks nice

I have had this for a couple of weeks now and love it more every day! I needed a privacy solution for a 1st floor window and could not find an adhesive that didn't look like a plastic-fake-window, until I tried this one. It is beautiful, it has texture and really does look like textured glass. It also brightened up what had been a dark room, immediately.Very easy to install, just make sure you have a sharp blade to avoid trouble in the corners and in 10 minutes, you have a new room! I was worried that this patterned film might look different or cheaper than in the product photo but it arrived quickly and looked exactly the same. Adds a beautiful and rich looking detail to window panes, especially in an older Victorian home like ours. Also adds privacy as you cannot see through the film from outside. Easy to cut and apply (spray window generously before applying film for best workability.) Love it! I already recommended to a friend and she saw my windows and is ordering it.
