I absolutely love these bands. They are really durable and high quality. They stay in place and have three different band with three levels of resistance. The bands come with a nice storage bag and an exercise guide. I have not been able to get to the gym since the COVID-19 pandemic, so these bands have been a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to purchase good quality bands at a reasonable price.

The media could not be loaded.  I was asked to review these exercise resistance bands which come as a set of three with a convenient carry bag. I took them to my gym, where Covid precautions are in place. The colors are black, lowest resistance; gray, intermediate; and yellow/green, the highest. I am used to the other way around. In my experience yellow/green is usually the least, then blue, red, and finally black, the highest resistance. Although it didn't take long to get used to this color scheme, a nice touch from the manufacturers would be to indicate the resistance in pounds (or some other way) on the inside of the bands.These are not your average cheap, 100% latex bands. These are latex fabric with non-stick material on the inside surface. They don't slip up or down, roll up, or pinch your hair. Like all exercise bands, there are multiple uses, and the short video above shows only one of many. Side lunges with the yellow bands are a killer! They can be used for squats, hip thrusts, kickbacks, leg lifts, etc.I haven't used these long, but judging by the material, they seem durable and I expect to be able to use them for a long time. I didn't give the full 5 stars (I would have given 4.5 if there were half scores) just because I'm nitpicking about the color scheme and how it corresponds to the resistance of the bands.

When I first tried these I thought they were too stiff. I purchased another set of bands but found that once I built up some strength these worked really good. These bands are particularly good for using around mid-thigh and should not be confused with other resistance bands you may want to use around wrists and ankles.

These booty bands are a much higher quality than I was expecting for the price! Even the “light” band (black) gives you a good burn after a quick workout. The booklet that comes with the bands has 10 exercises. I’ve been going through all 10 every day for a few days (takes about 10-15 min) and I’m already feeling more muscle definition in my butt and thighs. I also like how there’s rubber grippers on the inside of the band so it won’t slip. Recommend!

The set comes with three bands with different resistance. It also comes with a pamphlet with different exercise you can do using the bands. Great resistance and easy to store. They come with a storage bag....Great deal for the price!

I bought this as a second set so that my girls would be able to workout together and not have to waiting for one another to finish with the bands. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and strength of these, it’s great. I have a more expensive brand of bands like this. I have to say I wish I would’ve known about these sooner I could’ve saved myself some money. Highly recommend them.

I’ve tested out all 3 and so far I can say that they are great at being non slip and stay in place during your reps. I like that there is light, medium and heavy. The quality of the bands feel quite durable. However, they feel tighter than my other past bands, so “light” doesn’t feel very “light”. There is also a small booklet of exercises you can use these bands with, and a drawstring baggie to store the bands. Overall, I enjoy this product and would recommend to my friends who are looking for resistance bands now that we are all working out from home!
