Works great
Found the installation guide on the company website. Bought a t-harness for it (also shown on the company website). Gave it to my co-worker (mechanic for our fleet vehicles) He installed it easily. The only thing missing is that it doesn't come with a cable to program it from your computer, but he said it just used an older style usb cable. The instructions also didn't list that as a first step. So he had to unhook the brain part, then program it, then hook it back up. But with the t-harness it took him less than an hour. It works great and is far less expensive than having the dealership install the OEM version.

manufacturer will not support idatastart products sold an Amazon
The procedures didn't work for my car. When I contacted the manufacturer, I received this response. "We furthermore do not officially endorse any products sold on Amazon — these are sold without our authorization and we are unable to offer any support for these sales."
