All went as expected . Order, delivery ETC. Bought them because of zipper. Thought they would be easier on off than without. Zipper not that helpful IMHO. Now have to be sure zipper is in the right position too. Also zipper difficult to close ...probable it should be closed when near ankle and then pulled up.The zipper when closed and in position digs into your leg. Definitely needs some padding under it. I just used some TP rolled up and now very comfortable. Suggest selection of size be as close to the smaller end of the scale as possible. I am at the lower end of the xx-large and and 200LBS...if I was larger not sure I could get them on?

zipper broke on first try to put on. No extension on zipper; wife couldn't zip up.

I ordered these for my mother who has calves that have very thin skin (venous stasis, etc..), unfortunately zipper had compressed into her skin and left an indent and pain, both sides left some indenting but more so on the left calf.I had to refund them and they are processing a full refund without needing to return the item, so I appreciate this.
