I have tried probably 8 different type of cognitive/neuroenhancement supplements, and this one is my number one favorite now. Basically the amount you get for the money is so worth it. I even would buy 200mg of caffeine I did that for 2 years, and then switched to preworkouts for energy. But see this one has all the ingredients of the preworkout, and caffeine also with a more controlled release it seems. To each there own though.

After taking for a few days it didn't appear to be making a difference but then I missed a couple of days and noticed the foggy thinking again. It does appear to help with my memory some. I am a nurse and like I said when I miss a dose I don't function as well. It seems to help me deal with the stress of collecting and retaining important information.

I have tried three other brands of brain enhancers and this one seems to work the best so far for me. I feel more alert and less foggy in my thinking. I have had no negative side effects from using this product.

Currently taking these with Amway Nutrilite multi-vitamins that comes with 180 pills and EfaGold Mega-DHA. I notice a difference in energy and slight memory improvement but I have only been taking them for a week.
