No frills, easy to install, reasonable price. The angle adjustment as you tighten it up seems to be the most likely point of failure if you're prone to adjusting a lot, and if that's you, you might want to pony up for something more substantial, but for me it's been a set it and forget it scenario. Hasn't lost it's alignment to the screen since I set it up 2 months ago.

I bought this for my Sony HW40ES. It worked perfectly. I mounted it with four 3/16" toggle bolts with fender washers and lock washers. I marked the holes for the toggle bolts and drilled them out just big enough to accept the toggles. I assembled the mount to the projector, inserted the toggle bolts and carried up the ladder. I pushed the toggles through and with a short Phillips screwdriver was able to tighten the thing up. Looks great, also you can get the adjustment screws tight enough to level it out.

While it's great for my HW30 Sony projector to attach to it's horrible for keeping it 'in place'. I can easily move the projector 'around' while it's attached which is not what you want. This means over time vibrations will cause it to shift thus shifting your picture. The only 'plus' is my ceiling height is reachable with a short step stool so adjustments are easy to make.
