HIGH QUALITY AND IT WORKS, LOWERED MY ATTIC TEMP
I'm redoing the attic of a 30 year old home I bought for retirement. I removed the ceiling, insulation and I'm making it new. QUALITY: Amazing. Super lightweight but you can't even tear it. INSTALLATION: Not a lot of fun but it is very easy to work with. I am so glad I ordered the 25 1/2" rafter size. PERFORMANCE: I'm stunned. It brought my attic temp down from 109 to 95! I am in Florida, this is mid May and already hot.

Very low quality, bad return policy.
Very low quality. Felt like gift wrap. Plus they charged me for restocking and shipping on the return. Much much much better products out there.

Good Product
The product is great. Very durable and easy to cut with utility knife. Stapled up quickly and isn't to hard to manage between joists. I didn't like the fact that I received different sizes than noted but made it work. 25.5" would have been perfect but received 24" which was tougher to work with but went up OK between joists. The other cut was at 27" which was really easy to work with since the joists were 24" on Center.Great Product, did inform Seller and he apologized for difference in sizes and would keep eye on future purchases. Nice guyNot sure how well it will work, but will see in Summer

Radiant Barrier?
Being a radiant barrier didn't expect it to be hot to touch. Attached to 3" rafter. I used push pins to attached to rafters. Easier to adjust barrierAs a radiant barrier It is not. The radiant heat from the roof to the attic is not blocked by the barrier attached to the 3" rafters. There is venting at the eves and roof ridge.Placed on aluminum siding it remains cool because of its reflectivity.

Quality seems good, only short by 15%
Quality was as expected, seems tough enough. Cuts easy but doesn't tear while working with it. About like light weight tarp material. However, my roll was about 80 sq ft short of 500. Was 25.5 inches wide, but only enough for 13 bays at 14.5 ft each, with a little left over. So about 40 ft short. For the price it's still less than other brands I priced, assuming their measurements of length are more accurate. Got mine from Miami wholesale inc. Still, I'll order more to finish out the project now that I know what to expect. Might try a different supplier and see how they measure up.
