vmfeeders 500 Live Medium (1/2") Crickets (acheta domesticus)(Brown Crickets)

This is the second time we got this order. 1st time we were very pleased, we definitely got the full 500 maybe a handful were dead and they were healthy lasting over about a month. This time i was very let down as there was clearly half the amount of crickets. They also seemed starved and started eating each other. I put our normal feed in and they ate it down but from the day we got them they quickly started dying off. Even with daily cleaning, water, food and new crates they just keep having mass death. Their cage doesnt stink and the feed or air flow hasnt changed so this is really bizarre. I also notice my chameleon is always sooooo hungry next day, like feeding him isnt filling him up, like the crickets arent retaining the nutrients or something. Also these wont lay eggs, my last batch laid and hatched eggs no problem, this batch ive gotten no eggs. Switching to dubia roaches to try a new approach

The crickets arrived on time and there were only 3 dead on arrival. There was 500+ crickets in the box. The packaging was a little difficult to remove the crickets from however, when I opened the box crickets exploded out. I recommend that you open these boxes inside a garbage bag and shake the crickets out into the bag then transfer them into your cricket cage from the bag. The 1/2" size was roughly correct maybe a little on the small side but overall I would recommend these crickets.

It has warmer in the package to keep the crickets alive. Package was veey well presented. All crickets are alive & well! Will order more from this seller!

Packaged great.. would like to have given a 5 star but the count seemed a little off.. I'm going to order from this seller once again to see if I was just a flook,I'm hoping it was because I need a constant flow of insects and my local farm closed.

Have ordered crickets a few times and always get what I ordered. I never have many dead when I get them. Great value.

The lizards said they were delicious

The crickets are very healthy appearing and active. Our lizards love them and so do I.I will purchase these again.
