Perfect fitment
Was able to replace old non working motor in my lighted, moving Christmas deer decoration. Getting the correct speed and shaft assembly to fit were the most critical factors. Moving deer works great now! Thanks

As discribed.
As described and has everything needed. The motor dies start humming at certain spots while turning.

Worked perfectly!
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a way to create movement in the ski lift on a gingerbread ski chalet. This worked perfectly, spun at the right pace, was almost completely silent, and a bonus was that the hole on the brass part fit perfectly with a bamboo skewer. Connecting the motor to the cord with the provided joining device was extremely easy.Just a great little motor and I can think of many more things to power with it.

Great little motor
The media could not be loaded. Worked out well for my project. Was running for the entire month of October from 6pm-10pm and never skipped a beat. Very durable, great sized, not very noisy and was easy to assemble for my application. Did get a little hot - but I added some cooling fins to the case to help reduce some heat.

Weaker than it is supposed to be
Disappointed in the strength of this motor. I used it in a breathing grave Halloween prop where it is turning a pvc pipe with attached empty plastic bottles under a tarp. Worked fine for a couple days before it would just starting to turn, stop, turn the other way, stop and repeat. I made sure the tension and weight was the same, and at times it would start working again but only for a few minutes. Lots of other people have used this type of motor for the same prop design without having this issue so I have to assume that this particular motor is weaker than it should be.

Easy to attach to surface
I got the 2.5-3 rotations/minute version for a DIY hobby project.I really appreciate the four mounting ears as they are very convenient to install onto a flat surface. The shaft side is flat around the circumference to easily mount on a flat surface save for the bearing portion around the shaft where the mounting surface would need to be drilled out for clearance. The motor itself is very silent, but it does have a vibration that will be magnified when mounted to a larger object and likey cause a slight humming noise. There is no rotation pause when turned off and starts right away when turned on...

Very lightweight motor with poor durability
It is very weak motor with poor durability. I bought it to turn a 4 foot foam airplane propeller on a prop we were making for a musical. The motor worked fine for about 6 to 8 starts then became too weak to turn the prop and only wiggled it slightly never rotating it fully.
