Came broken 😡Edited: contacted the customer service and got new one in a couple of days , works fine, exactly what i was waiting for

Item came broken. When i try ti get a refund the only way i can get one is by returning the product but i cant return it as it is sharp glass and will cut through packaging.

Glass arrived cracked at the bottom and liquid leak through it

Pros: If you haven't used one before then this will make a world of a difference to your hits. I use a gauze so ash doesn't flow into it but it did catch ash when I used it without a gauze for the sake of testing. Also, it keeps my bong cleaner for longer so I'm not wasting as much money buying isopropyl alcohol so that is also another benefit of using it. Relatively decent size and not too weighty so it doesn't weigh down smaller bongs.Cons: It feels like fragile glass that would break from a small height drop but I cannot say for sure. With this in mind, I do have to treat it a little more carefully than other pieces I think. A nice design feature would be to colour the percolator so customers can have a green or blue option too, if this is feasible.

For any discerning glassware smoker this is an absolute must. Cuts down on cleaning for the main glass piece. Is easy to clean with ISO and salt.
