it come like air tight and it makes SOOO many wrinkles!!! there are 8 plushies there alittle smaller than you'd think its over all kinda small but its all so cute and great for totoro lovers like me and one of a plushies about the size they are are about 38 or 24 dollors so this is a great deal i would recommond TO GET RID OF THE WRINKLES: take hte plushies out of the pillow and get a towel dampen the towel and put the towel and that pillow into your dryer put it on medium heat for 20 min and it will al go away

The product is very soft and my daughter loves her new little friends. The pillow comes vacuum packaged and is completely flattened/wrinkled when unpacked. I threw the pillow and the little bunnies in the washer and drier and they came out completely round and fluffy. Great for traveling 😊 I think the pricing is a little but on the higher side.

So my complaint would be how it is packaged and shipped. The product itself is unique and cute. Mine arrived vacuum sealed in a plastic bag which created deep creases and wrinkles in the pillow. Removing the bag lets it fluff up but does not remove the wrinkles. There's a plastic window in the pillow so how is one to wash and dry it? Can't iron this thing.

Got these to give as party favors for my 8 year old's birthday party. She absolutely loves them. They are soft and very cute but a little bit cheap looking. She doesn't care one bit. The bags came very squished.. Inside a plastic bag that was vaccum packed. so each individual doll was very squished when we opened them up. BUT.. my daughter and her sister enjoyed reshaping them and they ended up to be very plump and round. The fabric itself is a bit wrinkled so we might try putting them in the dryer with a damp towel as someone else suggested. (but again my daughter doesn't care about the wrinkles). Almost gave 4 stars because they look a bit cheap.. but because my daughter loved them so much I gave a 5. She's very excited to give these to her friends.

Despite the low stars I would recommend buying this as it looks just like the listing, however keep in mind that it comes completely squished in a vacuum bag. The clear partt on the front got wrinkeld so bad I couldn’t do anything and the rest of it was somewhat OK after some steaming.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This product looks nothing like the pictures. Its smooshed and wrinkly probably because it came in a vacuum sealed bag. It has dirt ok the corners, back and front of it. What a waste. I want my money back. SCAM.

It's noteant for comfort, it's made to be freakin adorable! And that it is! I love this!

Was a bit disappointed that it was not filled completely by the little ones. I would not order again
