The steel is of nice quality. The two bowls are not of the same size. The other one (for which ni size was mentioned at the time when I bought it) is a bit smaller. All in all, the quality of the product is great!

Für mich haben die Schüsseln die optimale Größe um z.b. Schokolade über dem Wasserbad zu schmelzen. Aber auch sonst vielseitig einsetzbar und super leicht zu reinigen. Klare Empfehlung
