Good mental boost
These tablets are great for a temporary energy boost. I have been taking one before settling down to work at my laptop instead of a cup of coffee. One tablet contains 40mg of caffeine which is similar to a cup of tea or small cup of coffee. You can take up to 2 at once which will give you the same caffeine as a large cup of instant coffee or a standard cup of ground coffee.Aa well as caffeine they also contain ginseng and iron. They don't taste great but aren't hard to swallow and I persoy much prefer a tablet to an awful gelatine capsule that sticks in your throat.I have found just one of these is enough to boost my mental performance for a good two or three hours so would recommend them as an alternative to caffeine pills like ProPlus.I hope you find this helpful.

Work well and I can't fault them
These arrived in a square container with a clip top lid; under the lid it had a tabbed removable seal. The label details recommended usage, a breakdown of the ingredients, nutritional declaration along with details on how they work. After opening them up I tipped them all out of the container to check for defects, consistency of size and shape along with checking to see if there was any residue in the bottom of the container that might indicate they break up, there was no residue in the bottom of the container, the size and shape was consistent with no defects and they all looked exactly the same.I have been trying these out since they arrived and do find they help give a good energy boost, they are quite small and very easy to swallow, I didn’t find they gave a massive energy boost but certainly gave a noticeable one. My wife has been taking them for an added energy boost and she was actually very impressed with the results and found they gave her a really good boost.Overall I like that these are all natural ingredients, I didn’t find any after effects of taking them including any after taste or stomach upset, they gave a good noticeable energy boost in both myself and my wife, they are small and easy to swallow and they are consistent quality, for these reasons I have given top marks.

200mg Panax Ginseng tablets.
The media could not be loaded. I selected this product free of charge in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.I haven't heard of the brand before but that isn't unusual in today's market of the health and wellbeing bandwagon.Pros. ✅ Other than the caking/bulking agents that help make a pill to swallow instead of a handful of dust there is nothing but Panax Ginseng in these.✅ Product is vegan. (I'm vegan)✅ I like the "go circular choose square" campaign on the bottle for making a circular economy by using 100% PET (♻).Cons. ✖ I don't like things which claim you'll see a noticeable difference in x amount of time, in this case 3 weeks. All people are different. All medications and herbal remedies are absorbed and digested differently by different metabolisms. I'd prefer this to say "You SHOULD notice a difference within 3 weeks" instead of a blanket claim that you will.✖ I'm not sure you can call something an ENERGY CURE. By this token of claim one could write that on a banana 🍌 or indeed anything that provides energy. Panax ginseng is definitely very good for mental acuity and improves mental performance and memory. It is believed to have the ability to promote overall wellbeing and therefore an increase in all function, not just energy. There are actually limitless claims for Panax Ginseng - even that it is the world's first legitimate natural aphrodisiac and has the same effect as viagra on men 😳. I'm not disputing that ginseng makes you feel good, it does. I just dislike this being called an energy cure. I've got fibromyalgia and therefore experience fatigue and exhaustion easily and regularly and I'm pretty sure the last time I checked there is no cure for a lack of energy. I'd prefer this be called what it is. In fact I would have bought it myself had it just been called 200mg Panax Ginseng tablets. There's nothing else in them so just call it that. It's not an energy cure any more than I'm a unicorn. And I love unicorns.I always sum up my reviews the same. Would I buy the product? Not branded as it is no. If it was just called 200mg Panax Ginseng yes.Would I pay the price on Amazon for the item? I never look at the price of my Vine choices until I come to review them so I can review them honestly and not based on feeling something should be great because it's expensive or rubbish because it's cheap etc. These I've just discovered are £15.90. No, I would not buy this item at this price marketed the way it is.When I started this review I marked the item 4 stars. I don't need to come back in 3 weeks to rate the product because unless it doesn't contain ginseng and therefore is lying about the contents the pills will work just as well as my other bottle I'm about to finish this week, the same mg of ginseng and therefore will have the continued benefits I already have from taking it of not having as much brain fog as I usually do. Energy wise I can't really say I've ever noticed a difference. For energy you're better to have Ashwagandha with ginseng and as this just contains ginseng and no proven benefits to energy "cure" I feel this product is misleading, overpriced for what is a 30 day supply and whilst I salute the ♻ efforts MASSIVELY that isn't enough for me to keep this review as a 4 star now I know the price. This is now a 3 star item because for what it is it is overpriced, claims benefits which are simply impossible to confirm medically and is a verbally dressed up version of something that should just be labelled as Ginseng and not ENERGY CURE. 3/5.I like the planetary ethos of the bottle, the contents are just ginseng and the fillers to press the tablet which is both great and also what let's this down. Don't just have one herbal ingredient and call this a cure for anything. Antibiotics cure infections most of the time. You cannot claim this CURES energy loss (I assume it's called energy cure because they're curing loss of and not too much of 😉). I could get behind this with a rebrand to make it an honest product, 200mg Panax Ginseng tablets. That's all it is and that's all it needed to be. Not dressed up as something else making bold claims which can't be proven. I'm not saying this item won't work - not at all. I take ginseng already and I *believe * it is beneficial for my health, especially my concentration through fibromyalgia fog but I would never boldly state it is a cure for dementia. Get what I mean? I believe it does me good, I take another brand which I'm about to finish up in 2 days so will take this from then on and should hopefully notice no difference because the doses are the same as I'm currently taking. I *believe * it does what ginseng says it does, I believe in its benefits but I just don't like that this is allowed to call itself a cure. If it was OK to do so Redbull and glucose brands would label themselves that. So please don't take this thinking you're going to immediately spark to life like you've had a lightning strike and are Frankensteins monster or just had 88 cups of espresso. That won't happen. After a few weeks you may notice you feel better in yourself, mentally and physically a little perkier. It isn't going to cure you as it claims is all I'm saying and I truly believe it should not be allowed to be marketed as such. So 3/5. Would be 5/5 if it was more honest and less expensive as there are much cheaper ways to get a higher dose of 1000mg of Panax and 120 tablets for less than half the price of this one.If you've found this review helpful please hit the button below. ☺

It could work for you?
Okay, so here we have a natural energy boosting supplement, I've always been sceptical about these products so generally avoid them.I thought I'd give this a chance and see what it's like, I've been taking one per day for over a week now and can honestly say it has caused a bit of a difference. I generally have a lot of trouble with sleeping and have a major lack of energy while at work, drinking several coffees just to attempt to have an energy boost.Following taking one of these, you start to feel it take affect after about 30 minutes to 1 hour which isn't too bad, it's not magical so don't expect it to just give you a rush of energy, everyone is different so it might not affect you the same or even not at all, and for the price it might not be worth it for you, even if it does work for you, it probably will still seem pricey. They are easy to swallow even with their relatively large size. The coating is smooth with helps that.I'm not convinced if I'll purchase them again I'll decide when I'm almost about to run out of these, if they do me good I think they're a good investment.I hope this helps someone, thank you.

Great
At the time of review these recharge vitamins are £19.90 for 50 tablets. These are vegan friendly, containing no animal ingredients. They include high strength Vitamin B12, D2 and Iron, Iodine and Calcium Magnesium Zinc. They contain high quality ingredients and are supplied in a square recyclable bottle. The tablets themselves are just smaller then a penny and are easy to swallow. There isn’t much of a taste when taken with water. 1 tablet contains 40mg of caffeine so more of less the equivalent of a small coffee. You can take up to 2 at once so its like a strong latte. It gives a short term energy boost. They are quite expensive for what they are but they are all natural. Would recommend.
