Sturdiness
The pans appeared heavy duty, but all buckled in the same place when filled with anything except light items. I cater and therefore need pans that will hold up

Too small for Costco pans :(Since the return window closed, customer service is not exist/responsive, now I am stuck with an expensive product I can't use :(Don't gamble with this vendor

These were not in sealed plastic, dirty fingerprints all over the top one. These can’t be used for food service because of the packaging.
