I was very excited to get this product and use it. I use black soap in my bath all the time. I use it for my face and other sensitive areas. I got this scented in mint because I do like that fragrance. What I did like about this soap is that it was very creamy. It was easy to scoop out and put on my towel. I've never used black soap with this texture before so this is very different. However I did like it. It left my skin feeling very soft and lightly fragranced. So that's what I liked. What I had a problem with is the fact that it does not lather It's free it's on the towel, sponge and loofah fairly easily but it does not produce any type of lather. That's important for me in the soap to know that it's working properly. It does clean very well but the lack of lather that it produces is insufficient. Overall I think this is a very wonderful product and I would love to try more scents. I received this product at free or discounted rate in exchange for my honest review.

The Pure Organic Moroccan Black Soap is the most AMAZING thing I’ve ever used on my skin. I used this in combination with the Kessa Scrub Glove, and I have to say, I can’t stop touching my skin. The soap is very unusual- probably unlike anything you’ve ever used before. When I first opened the jar, the soap reminded me of hair pomade. Certainly not soap! I dipped my finger in, rubbed them together, and rinsed. It was super silky. I grabbed everything and ran to the shower. I will say, the wormwood scent is, like the soap, different than what I’ve encountered before. It was very earthy and herbal, reminiscent of the scents at a high end spa. The scent doesn’t linger on the skin though.A little of this product goes a very long way. The first few times I used it, I put some on my fingers and rubbed it into whatever area, but I found that some of the product got wasted by slipping through my fingers and going down the drain. Instead, I now use the same small amount on the Kessa glove, and move in a circular motion. WOW! I use this before I shave all the time now. Silky smooth skin with no ingrown hairs anymore.
