I got these because at my dental appointment my blood pressure was very slightly more than the last visit. These are a blend of vitamin C, Niacin, B-6, B-12 and Folic Acid made in the USA in FDA and cGMP approved facilities. There is proprietary blend of other ingredients including garlic powder and hawthorn. The description states "Our product has a higher dose of Hawthorne Berry Extract than competing products". However it does not say the amount. Garlic is known for helping blood pressure but once again it does not say how many mg is in the blend.I have not taken these long enough to do a blood pressure comparison yet.Regulated blood pressure is very important and anyone on medication should not quit taking your medicine and definitely check with your doctor first before taking.These seem like ingredients that would be good to try along with diet changes and exercise if your doctor says you are borderline on high blood pressure. Then go back for a recheck.

I used to take medication for high blood pressure. With diet and exercise, I was finally able to get off of it. However, I have started to gain weight again, and my blood pressure, which I still monitor, has started to creep up. I started taking this supplement and within 3 days, I have seen a reduction in my BP! I know I need to exercise and adjust my diet again, but this is a start!

Been trying for weeks to get my mom to try a Blood Pressure supplement that is all natural and over the counter. Not a huge fan of prescription medicines, so wanted to give this a try. It is hard to state if the supplement is having a direct impact but I would say satisfied so far. Can't hurt, as far as I can tell. I do like this company tho.
