Super Absorbent Wonder Sponge

I bought this sponge for a specific reason....my dishwasher hasn't been draining properly and there has been water standing in the bottom. This started a mold problem. Since I can't afford to get the dishwasher fixed, I bought this sponge to see how it would work at soaking up the water. I'm very impressed at how much it absorbs. Great job of serving the purpose that I bought it for.

10 years ago, I bought these sponges at our Spring Home and Garden Show. I bought 5. Because individually wrapped, I could use one a year. They lasted that long, using them every day to wipe down a very large tiled shower. When they got a bit stinky, they got soaked in a pan with ammonia.It was then a challenge to find replacements. It took nearly 6 months to find the next 3. 2 years ago, the last of the 3 needed to be replaced. No success until a couple of weeks ago when I found these. I've never been so excited!!! After using the same sponge for nearly 3 years, it was pretty well trashed. It might have been misshapen and stinky, but it still absorbed!Bought 3 because the price has definitely gone up. In a couple of months, I will buy 3 more. Thank you Amazon as I couldn't find them any place else. All the others are way too big for my hand and to keep in the shower.

Second time I’ve ordered this sponge and I even gave one away to a friend. These are a must for sucking up major spills. They soak up tons of liquid and dry the floor. They last forever and I would not be without it.

Tub showers are notorious for leaking at front and back of the tub. By placing these sponges at either end, where the wall and tub meet, water no longer escapes to the floor. They are super-absorbent and work better than any other sponge I could find. More expensive than typical sponges but well worth the money. And they're a better solution to leaking tub showers than the splash guards which eventually detach.

I purchased my first Wonder Sponge at a store but my husband bleached it and it fell apart (boy, was I mad). I searched far and wide and couldn't find one. Then it was not in stock on Amazon.com. Finally it came back in stock and I ordered it immediately! This is a super sponge! I use it to clean sofa fabric, the carpet on the stairs, and everything else. It's amazing how it picks up the dog hair from stair edges and it turns almost black from the dirt you can't see. The oiliness from pets and humans is gone and the fibers are soft and clean feeling again! I also use it on lamp shades, to clean carpet spots, and just about everything else. You can use the sponge dampened with water or with most cleaners. I like how it rinses clean - which is why I couldn't understand why my husband bleached the old one! Everyone should have a Wonder Sponge in their home!
