I own a welding shop. Often see Temps of 130°-140° during the summer. These give a great change to water throughout the day. Great flavor, keeps you hydrated. Freeze them like a popsicle or just keep them cool and drink for effect.

These are taste good and do a great job rehydrating. If you can find a place to keep them frozen while you're working in the heat they are a perfect choice for cooling you down and help to avoid heat exhaustion. The price is a little high but it comes with 150 popsicles that last awhile for 2 people and for what it does to rehydrate you it's worth it. It comes with 6 packages of 25 and we only used 3 packs last summer so we have 3 packs left for next summer.

I have been ordering these a lot and I love them. They are a great night time snack. Great any time snack.I order the package of 150 at a time. The last 2-3 times I've ordered the 150 pack all the blues are cherry. They are in the blue sleeve but when you open it up its Cherry. Just want to make sure you are aware.They also come in bags of 10, 2 of each color. In quite a few bags I do not get all 10. One bags had 8. Another bag had 5, one bag had 7. Not often but enough times. The biggest issue is the wrong flavor in the wrong sleeve. Just want you to be aware, especially being that blue is my favorite I keep getting disappointed.Other than that they are great!

I learned of these from my construction worker son who is given them on the job in this brutal hot weather. They are passed out to all electricians on his job to try to prevent heat exhaustion and stroke. They work wonderfully. My daughter has a digestive tract problem and requires daily intake of enhanced drinks like gatoraid, and poweraid. These "Sqwinchers" are infinately better, have more electrolytes, potassium, less sodium, and taste a lot better to her. She finds she can tell if she doesn't get enough of them everyday so I try to keep them on hand and frozen. One suggestion I would make is to sell them by the flavors so we could buy what we want and not have to waste some of the sqwenchers. Please consider doing this.

The guys on the construction site are big fans, cold, refreshing, replenishes the void for all the sweating in high heat/high humidity climates.

Ordered on a Tuesday and arrived on Thursday! Only gripe would be there was only 140 not 150 but still a good buy.

Had these at work so I purchased them for myself at home. Great flavor and thirst quencher.
