Waste of money
So after seeing the video I immediately ordered this sponge. I'm all about throughly cleaning my body, scrubs, soaks, lotions, facials the whole nine yards. I used it exactly as directed. I used it wet and I used it dry. Nothing. I saw no dirty rolling off my skin. I almost rubbed my skin raw. And still nothing. Fool me once shame on you. Please don't buy this snake oil of a product.

Just okay
This didn't work as well as other exfoliating clothes and products that I have used. It actually didn't exfoliate anything, but they was just my experience. May work for others.

Doesn't exfoliate
Feels like a soft nerf ball texture, far too smooth to exfoliate. This is more for cleaning a baby in the sensitive bits, and as we know babies are fresh to the world and don't need to exfoliate. You can totally still buy it, if you want something to cushion your fall in the event you are hit by a shrink ray, or if you need something to help fill up a small trash can.

I’m shocked! It works!
I’m actually stunned by how well this worked! So much dead skin came off my arms and legs! To verify that it really was skin and not just the sponge material, I tried it on more delicate skin that didn’t need exfoliated. Totally different results, nothing rubbed off. So, it really and truly is dead skin that pills up when you use the sponge. Follow the instructions, make sure you don’t have soap or oils on your skin (because you actually want friction), make sure to soak the sponge then wring it out thoroughly, then go to town on the dead skin!
