How do you get the product to dispense? I keep turning the end of the applicator and pressing brush to my hair and nothing comes out.

Did they change the formula? i always order dark brown, and this recent batch is actually warm, medium brown. almost reddish! beware.

the color does not come out no matter how much I twist. Any suggestions?

Does this go on as a powder or wet? If I don't wash my hair for 3 or 4 days will it stay on? Does it rub off?
