excellent item ,pain relief on shoulder when i use it couple days .a little expensive ,but worth this price . fair price and it is useful .

I have problems with head, neck and shoulder pain so I attend a physio when I can. However, I wanted something to use in between treatments, so I gave this a go.It is very easy to use and the heat function isn’t too strong, so it isn’t uncomfortable. What you may find is the actual massagers are a bit hard going, so using a very thin pillow or even a towel to dull the sharpness of them is an option, without taking away from the effect of the machine. I find it very effective as something to use between (or instead of) physio visits so I would definitely recommend.

This neck massaging pillow is awesome.It is so easy to use and it is perfect for anywhere.I use this while working.It is super soft and comfortable.It comes with a traveling and storage bag which is very convenient.It is super compact and it inflates in seconds with a push of a button and it is easy to deflate as well.The battery life is great.The massager is super quiet and is perfect for pain relief.The price and value is bit expensive but worth it.I would definitely recommend this massaging neck pillow.

This looks a bit like a travel pillow, but that's as far as the similarity goes. It's a bit of a highfalutin' gizmo which goes around your neck and gives you a rather nice, firm massage. Controls are straightforward, basically there is an on off switch and another switch to toggle between three different modes – two different strengths of massage and one non-massage mode which just provides heat to your neck. Mine arrived charged up so didn't need to be charged first, but apparently charging takes 3.5 hours, which seems quite a lot.What I do like about it is that it self-inflates when you switch it on, but make sure you have the air valve closed otherwise you'll be waiting a long time! You can leave the air in it when you finish using it so you don't need to keep inflating it, so that should save on the batteries.The effect of a massage is quite lovely and also a little bit startling – the massage "hands" are very firm and strong so it can take a bit of getting used to. It's a nice feeling however and your allowed 10 minutes soon go by. There is a very pleasant warming sensation. Oddly, it says that overuse can lead to neck injury - so just something to be aware of.I can't really get over the price, which seems very steep. I think it should realistically be half of what it's going for, if not less.But if you're looking for something to work on your neck, you could do worse.
