Often you want a colour to brighten up a project or hide damage or to decorate a project. These sheets are ideal for that. They look good, can be cut to size and they stick on flawlessly on wood or plastic surfaces.

This is a large variety pack of self adhesive vinyl including transfer sheets.The colour range is good they even have a very pale pink and a beige which I’ve never received in a variety pack before. They are mainly glossy but have a few of the matte finish in the main colours black, white and red.I tried these out whilst card making. I decided to use the white matte as thought that look on card would be quite effective. I use a Silhouette Cameo 4 to cut my vinyl, I tested this with Force 10 Speed 5 and found that the cuts weren’t deep enough to effectively weed it so I upped the Force to 18 and that worked great. Ran my design with my Silhouette and I had crisp clean text. It weeded as had the test and it was all going well until I tried to transfer it. The transfer sheets would not pick up the letters, I tried folding away the base so they’d roll off, that didn’t work. I tried lifting them slightly with a craft knife which worked somewhat but wasn’t consistent. I then tried using some transfer tape I already had that I knew worked well just in case the transfer sheets in this set weren’t up to it and it still didn’t work. The problem from what I could see was that the matte vinyl just wouldn’t stick to the transfer tape at all, to the point letters started to move out of line and I decided to scrap the whole job. I then started again but this time with a glossy sheet, Force 15 and Speed 5. This cut well, weeded fine and stuck to the transfer tape no problem. I was able to finish my project and was happy with the overall finish.I think this is a good value set and I love the variety of colour, I do not rate the matte sheets at all but even then you only receive seven and I think if you used them for larger images rather than text like I did they might not be so troublesome. All in all not bad and I would buy again just for the variety of coloured glossy sheets.

The media could not be loaded.  Cuts easily and weeds super easily. It comes with transfer sheets that work well. The wood I’ve used in the video isn’t a smooth surface and it has adhered really well after a bit of persuasion. Its made a great set of sensory boards for my baby. It’s great that there is more than one of each colour, really handy for making sets or larger projects. Some beautiful pastel colours in the set to. Good value. I’m not sure how permanent it will be. I’ll come back and edit once I’ve made something on a mug or plastic surface and let it cure!

Got these for an Auntie who enjoys crafting and she's been using them on all kinds of projects.

I wanted these to add labels to some displays in my classroom in Roman font (Trajanus) and other activities. I have been trying it out with a sharp craft knife and let stencils printed mirrored and it works brilliantly although my fine motor skills on cutting small letters are not outstanding. I gave it a whirl with a cuttle bug roller and got mixed results; it may be too robust for the dies to cut cleanly as they do paper (I cut a paper E to check they were still cutting properly).I will be using for large bold letters and shapes, but not for anything intricate.The only gripe would be that the reverse doesn't take pencil well for transferring stencils although some pen does stick ok (obviously sharpies etc. too).

This is a good value package of vinyl, ideal for crafting and the likePerhaps not quite as easy to cut as some, but the colours are strong and vibrant and the adhesive (so far) has done its job.A nice little package of vinyl, great if you're into crafting and the like. I suppose you could use them for other things as well, of course.

You get a very good range of bright colours in this pack plus several each of black, white and transparent sheets. They come in a box but because the box opens at the edge you have to take all the sheets out to choose one. A box that opened more widely would be an improvement they could make next time perhaps. The material is about as thick as regular sellotape, goes on smoothly and sticks very well. They claim it's dishwasher proof too – that's pretty amazing if true but I haven't put that to the test since I don't have a dishwasher. It means you can use it on mugs and ceramics, which opens up even more possibilities.The rest is down to your imagination.
