Just remember everyone. . . .unplug BEFORE taking out of the water! I've learned the hard way . . .a few times.

I just received this item and felt i had to try out immediately.. Brought the temperature of 10 oz water from 48f to 212f in exactly 7 minutes..I purchased a line switch ti help me remember to turn off before removal from water.. I have used these before and seem to have a good lifespan as long as directions are followed

Heated up in about 2 minutes
At 3 ninute mark, the water started to boil.5-stars for 1st use. Will try to update if it goes kaput too soon. 1st time using this thing.

Only worked 5 times
We bought this heater to replace another one. I chose carefully looking at reviews and wanting to get a good one we did not have issues with. This unit literally only worked 5 times and now does not work at all!

It warms your liquids well
Just make sure you never leave it on without being inside liquid or it will burn out very quickly

IT WORKS SAFETLY!!!
THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THIS LITTLE GIZMO ONE STAR IS , LIKE MANY OTHERS i ALWAYS CHECK COMPLAINTS FIRST, AND WANTED OTHERS TO BUY THIS ITEM .Following instruction to ALWAYS make sure infuser is in liquid until you unplug, it will insure it keeps working properly. Unlike the old fashioned ones, it "BLOWS OUT" if removed from liquid while still plugged in, which insures it will not cause a fire. I WILL REPLACE MINE WHEN IT WEARS OUT......01/10/2021....WELL, I KILLED MINE BECAUSE I FORGOT TO UNPLUG IT BEFORE REMOVING IT FROM MY COFFEE.!!!! I just ordered 2 more, am suffering loss of this great item. A friend is going to try a diff brand. I will stick with these, and never kill another one. Miss Carol

Better than a coffee plate warmer
After buying and discarding or returning several cup holder type hot plates I decided to use one of these. In one to two minutes of use it gets the liquid to the desired temp. Design improvement would be to place an on off switch on the cord. Presently I use an on/off switch between the plug and outlet, which I set within arms reach of my easy chair.

Works great!
My husband spent a few months in rehab... They only served decaf coffee, so I purchased this item to boil water for instant coffee. Works great, only takes a minute to hear up. He was delighted with this product.
