M Neck Support Pillow Neck Roll for Neck Pain - Side, Back & Stomach Sleepers

I sleep without pillows but need support in the neck area. This fit the bill to perfection with both softness and support. I removed some of the stuffing on one end to have choices of firmness. Really helped my neck pain. I ordered a 2nd one to keep at my daughters for when I visit!

First this pillow is overpriced, it maybe worth $15 to $20 max. Although I do like this pillow & it has helped my neck a lot. The med. was too firm at first, but returning it was too expensive. So, I purchased the $12.99 deal for another insert in soft. However even though I paid right away, I never received the pillow. Neck Hero is doing nothing about it other then telling me I need to do the leg work to find it through the postal system. And they won't even provide a tracking number. It's a double edge sword with this pillow from Neck Hero. Good Luck

I don’t normally write reviews, but I read them to help me make good purchase decisions, and I hope this helps someone else. I looked for a pillow that would work for me for months, maybe even up to a year. I purchased several that had great reviews and none of them we’re comfortable. I struggle with pillows being too high and making my neck tip funny when I’m sleeping. I bought this pillow with high hopes, expecting to clip it to my current pillow for neck support, but that didn’t work for me either. It was still tilting my head in a painful way. I decided to try sleeping just on the neck hero, without it clipped to my pillow, and I have never looked back. It’s been the perfect amount of support and comfort for me! I take it when I travel and the one time I forgot to take it was awful. I ended up putting the hotel pillows on the ground and sleeping on a rolled up sweatshirt, trying desperately to mimic the same shape of this pillow. I got the medium firmness pillow directly from the company in January 2021 and I just now replaced it with a new one. I am extremely happy and satisfied!

For months I woke each day with stiff neck and shoulders, I bought numerous pillows no help. Switch to this neck hero pillow and my neck pain is totally gone. I dont attach it, I only use this and i love it. I even take it on travel.

I have a soft and I have a medium. Both work great depending on how my neck feels as I sleep. I ordered pillow covers from the website and they fit perfectly and look nice on my bed. Can't say enough good about these pillows. I have tried a lot of neck pillows and these are the very best for me.

I've had several neck & back injuries and am miserable almost every night because I can't find the right support for my neck in a pillow. I've spent hundreds on pillows. I first ordered the medium & had to promptly send that back because it felt like I was lying on one of those pool noodles that you float on in the pool. The soft version is still really supportive & honestly I personally could even stand for it to be a little softer. I still haven't really rested as well as I hoped after having this pillow for about a week now. But I think I may need to go to the chiropractor again since I haven't been in awhile & maybe that will help. I am an extreme case so if you don't have serious injuries & just need something to help keep your neck supported you'll probably like this pillow. I will come back & review after I've used it for a month & see if it's any better. For the pillow itself I'm giving about 3.5 stars right now but went ahead & rated it 4 stars because I think it will get better & also because the seller refunded my shipping for the medium version I returned since I ordered the soft, which I really appreciated. I also really love that it comes with such a nice little custom pillow case- very nice touch.

This can support my neck during sleep.

The clips broke and it was lumpy after only a few nights.
