I'm a knife nerd and not ashamed. Been carrying this a few months now and it's great. Super slim profile but enough on the handle to operate confidently. The blade is surprisingly sturdy for the long shallow profile which is great, but you won't mistake it for a prybar utility-type blade: it's great for its intended use as a slicer and EDC gentleman's blade. Steel is nice to work with and use, and is the reason I chose this over the CRKT one, no regrets there. Only thing I've noted is also a feature, the slim profile is nice but can make indexing it in the hand a little fiddly until your finger learns to orient to the flipper.

Good (VG10) blade steel. Great feel. Smooth operation and solid lock up. Easily manipulated. Sharp out of the box, but touching up makes it even better. A very nice looking knife. Would get 5 stars if not for the IKBS bearings, which are a bear to reassemble. *Research IKBS bearings in knives before buying.* But if you don't disassemble your knives for cleaning and lubrication, then it's a non-issue. Highly recommend.

Don’t normally do reviews. I had to with this one! Don’t hesitate… it maybe small, but it’s amazing. Super high quality workmanship, opens smooth as butter, solid lock up. Definitely my new favorite knife!

Knife is well made, though it’s by far the heaviest of all the various other knives I have of this style/design. The flipper tap has to be hit just right to get the blade to fully deploy and the blade is short for the length of the grip. It’s definitely not flimsy and feels very sturdy. I really like the CIVIVI & samoir slim knives like this one. The name “air” is certainly ironic in my opinion.

Love this little knife! Went to the kisov website and found a jade in the same model for 40 with free shipping so I picked up another one! Going to order the full size in the jade to have a set. Can’t wait to try out the regular full size!
