all my lids dried out and split in the corner after a few months. I use plastic wrap under them so I can still make it air tight and work, but rather annoying.

The product appears sturdy and well-made, and is a good size for stacking in the fridge. I am a little concerned about the snap-on lids; There is one tab to aid removal, and it seems quite flexible, meaning I am worried about its durability over time and usage cycles. We will see. The container itself is quite well designed though, and I like the grab handles on the sides.

Purchased this item to use in my Coleman 72 quart cooler to keep thing cold but dry. It fits perfectly with or without the lid. Very sturdy construction and looks great. This should work great as you cannot purchase anything like this that I could find anywhere else. The cooler manufactures do not make inserts for their coolers for this purpose anymore like they used to. This should last as long as the cooler. No problem with the purchase and it was delivered in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this purchase. If you are looking for an insert for your cooler to keep things cold but dry then just take internal measurements of the inside of your particular cooler and find the right size with Tiger Chef. Worked for me.

I bought these containers for my husband, who is the real chef in our family... We needed a better storage system for bulk ingredients... and we absolutely love them... before purchasing, I went through a lot of the reviews that were posted... a good majority referred to the lids... but we have found that these lids fit perfect... you really do have to make sure that you are fitting them correctly and pushing down so that they are sealed properly... Once sealed, they stay sealed... No more large bags of flour and sugar sitting in the food closet... Now we have a professional feel in our pantry just like any restaurant... It is everything the photos and description claims it to be. Very sturdy container with lid. Used it to brine two Boston butts ( 8 lbs each). The container held up like a champ to include the five quarts of brine. Took one shel out of my fridge and the container fit nicely with shelf space to spare. I am definitely going to order another one. Shipping and tracking was made easy by Tiger Chef. They emailed when they received the order, when the order shipped, and then again to confirm delivery. Great company.

I really love this food storage set. Originally I was just looking for a single container large enough to brine a turkey, and compact enough to fit in my fridge, but I happened upon this set and decided to buy it. This will replace several older, lesser quality pieces. The containers are heavy duty, and the lids fit well. If there was anything I would change, it would be that they nest together better with all pieces fitting into the largest container, so that the set takes up less space. I was able to stack/nest them in a way that makes the set a little more compact though. I am very happy with this purchase.

I use this container to brine meats. I've bought this type before for making bread dough as it has a very good seal. My other one has held up well, though it hasn't been used very hard. Feels sturdy and is easy to wash. Recommended.
