Very nice item

The box is very bad - it hangs a lot and the firmware crashes once every week or so while you're watching some TV. Incredibly poor software design on this. Better to go with any other solution.

Setup box some time lag. And Hotstar and prime video app not working properly. Not providing 12 months Disney plus Hotstar

Box - A Big Failed ProductAirtel must be ashamed of themselves being an owner of such a Failed Product and cheating to their existing customers who have baught it in a good faith of Airtel’s brand name.The product is very unstable and gives user a sluggish overall experience.Abrupt system reboot of the box is a frequent & most irritating concern with the product. One cannot enjoy a good TV time with this box, since it’s quite unstable and gives hell lot of intruptions.No proper Customer support being provided to resolve customer complaint.Very poor customer support experienced.Android set top box is not properly tuned enough and gets hanged up w/o warning.Very large booting time, is the third most irritating thing observed with this product.Don’t ever waste your money on this Glitch-ful product. Thanks
