A friend told me about turmeric because he was suffering from arthritis and it helped him out, so I decided to give it a go. A year ago I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hands. Let me start off by saying that I am not an expert on supplements or dietation or anything but I did some pretty extensive research on Turmeric after I stumble upon publication about it's benefits.I've had unsuccessful knee surgery 2 years ago and I still have mild limb when I walk.I was looking for alternative ways to get some joint support and I found this spice can actually help me.
