I have used Nexium which costs a little more than twice this product. I was hesitant to get it afraid that it wouldn't work, but after a week's use I can tell you it works as well as Nexium. If you currently buy Nexium you can switch to this with no worries... it works.

I've been taking this for 3 years, and didn't know Amazon carried them. These are just like the name brand or store brand, but a ton cheaper!

I was diagnosed with gastric reflux disease shortly after the pandemic in 2020. I couldn't enjoy my favorite foods anymore which were all acidic on some level. Spicy food was difficult to enjoy also.Brand name antacids were becoming a huge budget concern so I was very happy to find this generic option available. It works great, and helps me be able to enjoy my favorite foods again. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a budget friendly alternative to items with the same active ingredients.

I've tried pretty much every generic brand on Amazon and they have all worked as well as Nexium. These do not work at all. Maybe I got a bad batch, maybe it was counterfeit, not sure. I even doubled up on them and they had zero effect.

I have taken esomeprazole daily for years and have tried different versions and most are pretty similar, it’s just a matter of price and where I am when I buy. These don’t work, plain and simple, they feel about half strength. It’s interesting that one of the two review categories is ‘easy to swallow’. Yes, they are, but the category that I care about that isn’t listed is ‘prevents heartburn and acid reflux’ and that is zero stars.
