I’ve been caring for pools for nearly 60 years. I’ve bent dozens of poles. I bet this one will outlive me. Sturdy even at full extension. Excellent diameter for gripping. And at a reasonable price. My local pool supply just lost a customer for cleaning accessories. I will try the skim attachment next. Very satisfied with this quality item.

I think it's a fine pole. The inner pole has a significantly smaller diameter than the outer pole and when fully extended the thinner pole has a noticeable sag. I wouldn't use it at anywhere close to full extension because you can see bad things will happen to it.The plastic handles are a bit fussy, but serviceable. I think it will last provided I use it within it's reasonable operating length, which works for me.

This pole is just the right size for our pool. It is not too heavy, just the right length and weight. I'm glad I purchased this to replace my old aluminum pole.

I am very disappointed. I have had it now for almost 2 years. I have always found it too heavy to lift when extended, but after about a year and a half, the pole became locked in place and cannot be adjusted. It is very awkward moving the pole around while extended.

We’ve had our pool for 29 years, this pole will not tighten down, slips continually when trying to brush the deep end ... anyone else have a problem slippage even when tightened very tight!

The only issue with the pole is the insert pole that extends... if it was the same as the outer pole it would be fantastic... unfortunately the pole that extends is aluminum and will bend just like any other pole. Mine bent the first week I had it.

I use this on the pool cleaner and it is much better than my previous pole which bent far too easily. This one so far remains straight and true. Tightens easily and well.
