Very disappointed. This product is listed as a Fitbit Flex replacement device, and it only has half of the functionality of the original charger. Granted, it will charge the device. However, that is only half of the functionality this unit should provide. It provides NO port for resetting the FitBit should you encounter an issue, and if you own it long enough, you will need that functionality. Resetting your FitBit cannot be accomplished without that small design detail.I have owned my Flex since 2015 and have had to reset it 5-6 times over the years. I have had to shut down and restart it to restore its functionality and ensure it syncs with my other Bluetooth devices. Once I had to reset my Flex after FitBit pushed out an update that did not download properly. I have had to reset my Flex when the data did not restart its tracking at midnight. These are very common issues that I have never really thought about as being cumbersome because in literally 15 seconds with the assistance of a paperclip I would reset the FitBit.You cannot reset your Flex without buying another factory-issued charging unit. The picture provided here shows the branded version of the charger, and I guess in the back of my mind I thought that meant that the unit would offer the exact same functionality of my original charger. The picture provided does not match the unit I was sent. Not a deal-breaker, just dishonest marketing and created an expectation of a genuine replacement unit that was not met. I will be returning this. This product had such great potential, just does not deliver.

I should have gone with a name brand. .. It's hit and miss if these chargers are going to work. The band's are so stiff that I can't put them on by myself. My husband had to help me get it closed. It may get better in time - at least I hope so.

These chargers worked perfect. They where exactly what I expected. They arrived in 2 days which was great because I was without my fit.
