really was looking forward to this one other than the other ones on webstaurant but its a flimsly hunk of metal. spent more time holding the contraption down than i did actual dicing. not easy to use, better off using my old cheaper one. never regretted a purchase more

A FAVORITE TOOL IN MY CANNING KITCHEN
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this commercial chopper. I grow a garden and can, freeze, and dehydrate my produce. I also cook meals for large gatherings and charity. I have used it several times and it is a true workhorse, strong and sturdy. I love all three of the blades and find that they chop perfect sized pieces. Some might find that there is a learning curve to operating it, but the pins in the handle can be adjusted to make chopping easier. I am a canner and it makes short work of making homemade salsa, vegetable soup, potatoes, carrots, etc. I have used this chopper on cabbage to make sauerkraut, I have chopped green pepper, onions, celery, carrots, jalapenos, apples, pears, etc. with no issues at all. My FAVORITE TOOL for prepping vegetables and fruit. TOP TIPS: Use the pins to adjust the handle depending on the size of what you are chopping. Also place a sheet of parchment paper or butcher paper under the chopper to catch your diced food. I then fold up the edges and slide the food into my pot/pan. I highly recommend this chopper and it would also make a great practical gift for anyone who cooks, cans, or a home chef!!

Great for large quantities!
With the price of fries surging to over 3.5 times the price of a pound of potatoes making my own fries has become a necessity/frugality. They do taste so much better than frozen but admittedly do take some work to make. When making four or more servings this device is a huge time saver.This fry cutter is made of super heavy duty materials, really made to last. It’s really easy to take apart and throw in the dishwasher. Pro tip - rinse any potato matter off before it becomes glued and requires soaking. Works like a dream with little effort to cut through a medium potato. I also found this device super helpful in making homemade hash browns - cut them both ways for nice small pieces.It is a bit large so make sure to keep that in mind when thinking of where you will keep it and ease of getting to - in/out of location. Also something you will need to keep a toddler away from. Definitely a kitchen tool.

Dosen't Work
This product does not work at all, you can only cut very soft vegetables for it to semi chop it.Don't even think of trying potatoes on it.
