It Actually Works!
I have a golden retriever who is a magnet to ticks. She always has her head down smelling plants or grass. I try to walk in areas without vegetation to avoid ticks, but it's not always possible. We are in the peak of our wet season and ticks are everywhere around us. We live win an area with a lot of deer. I would find ticks alive on her head and remove them before they bite. But I am worried I'll miss one and it will get one of us in bed. She is on flea and tick meds, so I am not worried about her. I've been spraying Yaya Tick Ban on her immediately before each walk or hike. I put it on my hands and rub it on her head and under her chin (yes, I wash my hands well after application). I am amazed that she isn't getting ticks. If I forget to apply Tick Ban, she comes home with a tick crawling on her head. Tick Ban seems to wear off fast. I can tell because the smell dissipates. BTW, the smell isn't bad. It's basically essential oils. I am very happy with how it has been working for us.

Works just as well as DEET
Solid stuff, works well. Went camping multiple nights, dog was covered in ticks sleeping next to me. I was unscathed. Nice not having to douse myself and my child in DEET. Use it to check on my bees and hike through my woods with the invasion of lonestar ticks from global warming and everyone cutting all the woods down, farmers with more cattle to feed on and less habitat for ticks to live in.

Does it's job
Nice product. Seems to work great. It doesn't have a offending smell like others I have used. I like the fact that I can also use it on my dog with no problems. Sprayer work well and doesn't clog like others I have used.

ORGANICALLY FRAGRANT & EFFECTIVE!
This summer was the first time I used Yaya Tick Band and I love it! Smells great! Soooo much better then toxic deet smelling products. And Works! Mosquitos and Ticks love me, but whenever I used this on my skin and/or clothes - they never bothered me. That’s in grassy backyards at dusk&night. NY & VT woods hiking & camping. My sensitive skin loved it too. No reactions... which other sprays sometimes have. Spray nozzle great. On/Off switch helpful when tightly packing in a bag of stuff. Bottle study and light. Easy to put on myself or others. And classic organic ingredients, almost all I’d cook with Admittedly never added cedar wood, geranium or castor oils to my cooking. But I certainly don’t mind wearing & absorbing them into my system thru my skin I/o getting eaten alive, huge itching welts & lymes disease. Friends love it! And their dogs don’t mind it either. Maybe a little more costly then other non organic bug repellents, but works great! Smells delicious! And is so much more heathy for you and the environment!

Great scent, a little strong if sprayed indoors
I have ticks and chiggers galore, and I inspect beehives about 700 feet away from my house thru a pasture of overgrown forage. I bought this to hope it would reduce the chigger bites I got when I went out to the hives, and can say, it didn't just reduce them, but eliminated them almost completely.Does not take much, and have spent a few hours out in the field with virtually no bites, and absolutely no ticks.Highly recommend this if you go camping, work a farm, have a decent sized yard or have biting insects. It is bee safe since it is basically only a repellent and not a toxin, but it works!Price is quite worth it. Very large bottle since you really only need 1 or two squirts. the sprayer shoots a very fine mist, so it covers quite a bit of area, so use it outside. Smell is really nice, and most of the oils used are also used in bee lures, but it not going to draw bees to you unless there is a flying swarm very near, but the bees would not bother you in that case either. It's a calming scent to them, not an attack

Spraying nozzle came broken
The product is great, but the spraying nozzle came broken. I had to transfer the product to another bottle. I think it was poorly packaged.

Strong citrus smelling, and all natural
Very strong citrus smell, I like this over chemical and deet. Comes out inna very fine mist so it should last a while. you will smell very citrus like for awhile. used it a few times in the woods, I will be using it more and will update if I notice it doesn't work at all.

AMAZING! You will not regret trying this!
The media could not be loaded. I have been recommending this to all my friends panicking about tick season. I am a KY girl living in DC currently, and just bought a home in AL. While in AL we mowed the lawn and cleaned up some property and were cover in the tiniest deer ticks. We even had the yard treated before this and the lawn and cleanup was not overgrown at all. Just basic lawn care. After trying a few recommended things I turned to Amazon and found this. IT IS AMAZING.We treated ourselves, the dog, and the clothes we were wearing for 3 days of yard work and NO TICKS AT ALL. I thought maybe it was a fluck until my little girl got undressed for her bath and 3 ticks were on my floor from her clothes ( she had changed outfits and I had not sprayed this one ) there were still no ticks on her and they had zero interest in her.The smell is like lemon grass and once it dries you aren't sticky and you don't smell it. This stuff is AMAZING!ALSO reminder THE ONLY way to properly remove a tick is to pull it out quickly. Do NOT put oils on it, do not paint it, no nothing to block it air way (in its rear) it will regurgitate its stomach contents inside of you and you will be at higher risk for illness and diseases.
