I bought this item and did not find the colors to be as vibrant as I anticipated. I gave it away to someone who asked for it.Alice the customer associate received my feedback and immediately made attempts to resolve. She provided a code for me to repurchase the item despite not having the previous item to return as I had given it away. I did not use the code on time and it expires and without hesitation she sent me a new code. When she was unavailable Shelley another Customer Associate responded on her behalf and was also very prompt. I emailed back and forth several times and not once did I sense frustration on their part. I have received a replacement band different color that my son requested for his watch and he absolutely loves it.Though I was initially not fully satisfied with the color of the first band the customer service rocked!!!!I'd definitely make Alritz a priority to purchase from in the future.The new band is also beautiful and vibrant.Thanks for providing excellent customer service it truly makes a difference.

It stays on my wrist all day at work and school and feels incredible comfortable. My only issue is one that I’ve come across with most bands with holes like this- dirt tends to collect in the holes, but it’s very easy to clean. I’ve had no issue with the band itself trying to seperate or slide away from the watch. It’s very secure!

I bought two of these bands for my new Apple Watch I just purchased and let me tell you the quality is amazing and the colors make my watch stand out from most. The plastic covers that come with bands are also a plus. It’s definitely affordable and Worth the money I spent and I plan to invest in more bands from this brand.

the band looks really nice on my series 4 40mm, but the holes for the bumper is in the wrong place

Colors are so pretty but after a few weeks the rose gold color on the buckle is starting to wear off. Gonna keep though cause the band is so beautiful & comfortable. Gotten lots of compliments just wish the buckle didn’t fade so fast cause it was a really pretty color & matched my watch perfectly.

Nice to be able to change up the band without spending $50 on an apple band. Nice color, wish it was reversible (looked like it might be in pic, but no). Easy to install, stays on great. Also like the included protector for the watch itself. Nice touch.

Great product! If you break it you may be doin too much.... I’m a personal trainer who recommends this band to all of my clients and proceeds to make them work hard every day and nobody has broken one yet!
