Its OK. Not bulky which is nice. The straps are pretty comfortable, dont rip you up like some. But beware of reviews. Upon receiving the item theres the coupon for free product or gift cards for good reviews + pics. Thought it was odd the amount of reviews and pictures for this item. Really wish they would do away with these paid for reviews. Everything is becoming so diluted on this marketplace now.

I got this to help with my posture and for some back support. Unfortunately, even though I got the size recommended by the company, the shoulder straps cut across my underarms and were very uncomfortable. When I loosened them, there was no back support or effect on my posture.I contacted the company, as they requested, and was told there is no larger size available. I asked for a refund and was told that one would be sent only if I posted a positive rating first. The email told me that if they didn’t send send the money, I could always remove the rating! I am, therefore returning this through Amazon, as I cannot use it.The irony is that I would certainly have posted a rating praising their customer service (although not the product) if they had just kept their promise to refund my money.

I've got poor posture. Like really poor. So I got this, and in conjunction with daily stretching I've noticed a huge improvement. My back muscles have been sore as they are moving back to where they should be. I get fairly hot while wearing it. According to the packaging they strongly recommend wearing something under it. But, the brace is relatively comfortable. The material is easy to clean. The additional lumbar support is wonderful. I can't imagine wearing one of these without the full back support. Great price, too.

I've used this posture corrector for about a week now. I expected it to be uncomfortable, too rigid. But it wasn't. I've also found it to be useful when working out! I took it to the gym a couple times so far and I like how it keeps my back aligned when I deadlift. I'm not a trainer so I can't suggest you do the same but I def. like it for workouts.If you need extra support or even just want better posture to look more confident, this is a good back brace.

Don't expect too much from this thing. It's cheaply made, the back support almost doesn't exist there and it doesn't affect the way you sit and you can still hunch over. Straps can support your shoulders to some extent but the velcro fasteners is not gonna last long. Also consult your doctor before using it. if your muscles are weak and can't support your body, then this thing will make your problem even worse.You can use this posture corrector for prevention back and posture problems but if you're already there it just a waste of time and money and it potentially can make your problem even worse.

I really like this back brace. The quality is pretty good and it is not hot when you wear that at home. I sit for a long time every day in front of my laptop, and I feel very tired on my back also pain in my shoulder. My posture looks very weird after a full day of work. This brace helps me release the pain and makes me feel comfortable and keep the right posture. At the very beginning you need some time to get comfortable with that force, but after that, you will be on the right track, it feels like someone help you open your shoulder. and the strength is easy to adjust. I would recommend this to my friends.

I bought this because another brand posture corrector I bought before was not designed well and after a little bit of time wearing, the straps would hurt my shoulders. This one is very well designed, and fits very well, and very comfortable. Their customer service is A+ also, fast responding time and very friendly! A big thumbs up for this product.

The size chart said to order XL if over 5'10", so I did. It was much too large. I recommend ignoring that part of the size chart.That being said, their customer service was very responsive. They even offered to send me a Large for free.Update: they have sent the free replacement. I am upgrading my rating to four stars.

According to all the charts I should fit in a Medium. When I received the product there is no way it was a medium (although tag says M). The waist straps barely go around my stomach (velcro barely grabbing) and the shoulder straps attachs on the side of the velcro.For a better fit, when ordering I suggest ordering one size up.I contacted customer support about it being too tight and they replied quickly and were very helpful.I would have given it a 5 star review, but find the product doesn’t exactly look like the ones they show in the images. The images make it look like a full back support brace, I find it smaller than the images indicate. It still works as its suppose to though.

Top notch customer service & the product is excellent. I have been wearing the support for 2 days & for sure, helped my back. The size chart is a little less accurate - best to order one size larger for good fit & support.

Excellent support. Shoulder straps prevents the brace from sliding. Worth the investment if you suffer from back pain.

He's noticed an improvement in posture and wears it almost daily. He feels it after a couple days of not using. Definitely has benefits.
