Hopeless. Everytime it accidentally unplugs from the wall you have to set the entire thing up all over again. There is NO customer service. There IS NO troubleshooting instructions in the manual. Someitmes I would go through the entire set up process 20 times & everytime it would fail. It would tell me the wifi password was wrong, and 20 times I would put the password in, and then every now & then it would work. So frustrating. When it works it is great... but when you have to spend an hour a couple of times a week trying to get to reconnect the the wifi, it is not something I have time for!!!!

The camera was difficult to set up. Directions was in a foreign language an the download did not help. Would not recommend this camera.

Changed the WIFI name and password and was unable to reconnect. An absolute pain to hook up in the first place. No detailed instruction included . . . will not buy again

seemed okay, nice features and look, except the instructions were poorly translated chinese. bad start. then the "notification" for when there's motion/sound detected is your phone emits a very obnoxious high frequency siren. Really? immediate return.

Great product and easy to use! Got it to keep an eye on elderly father. Love it and will get a few more.

Never worked properly. tried for weeks to get it set up correctly. Still can't even get it to turn on.

Could not get camera to accept wifi. Poor quality. Green light would flash fast for 15-20 minutes but could not connect to wifi.

Product is great thus far. Set up was difficult until I realized my mistake. When connecting the camera to your phone face them toward each other. Game changer. It wasn't an instant connection for me. But it's great!
