For indoor use only and requires a 12Volts power supply
The housing is great. the finish is superb. But the light is a led plaque with its connectors. there is no transformer, so it looks like you shoul use a 12 Volt line to powe up this lamp. The housing is well made, I liked it. but works only on drywall, not suitable for exterior lighting in stairways. because the hooks are chromed metal which surely will get rusted if installed outdoors
