Horrible customer service
After trying to install this unit, I noticed that the glass cylinder holes for mounting needed to be better placed. They are causing cracks in the glass and one of the screws never lined up.I tried contacting Globe Electric only to get abysmal customer service and absolutely zero assistance. They do not stand by their products and provide no alternatives to help their customers.I have never received such poor service.
