Best natural anti-inflammatory
I started using this after I realized the ibuprofen I was taking for my elbow tendinitis was only masking my pain. And when I stopped taking it the pain came back. After about a week of taking the turmeric my pain was gone. And when I ran out the pain didn’t come back. But what convinced me to start taking it daily. Is when my 80 y/o mom was given a prescription for 360 prednisone pills for inflammation in her body. I told her not to take the pills due to the adverse side effects and instead start taking the Turmeric. She went back for additional bloodwork to check her inflammation 2 weeks later and all her numbers were almost back to normal. And her joint pain was gone. This really works to control inflammation.
