I would not have believed this product worked had I not tried it. I am 71 and for about a year or more if I sit more than a half hour or so, my righ knee cannot hold my weight when I first stand and zi have to hold on to something for the first 5-6 steps. Within 3 days of taking this product, i no longer had this problem. I know it sounds unbelievable but it is true. Taking a whole caplet upset my intestines a big so I split the caplet and only take half a day and that works perfectly. I have not checked blood pressure which it is supposed to also help but I do seem to have more energy. Just the knee arthritis problem alone is enough to make me a daily user of this product.

The product is very effective. It has helped me regulate my blood pressure and I feel great.

Could not return. Cap appear to be glued on could not remove it with pliers hot water a rag I finally had to use a hammer and then I didn't trust it so I just ordered a new bottle. Other than that the first bottle I ever received I liked

These pills are amazing.. hands down! I train MMA and take a kickboxing class with hardcore heavy bag work. My biceps used to be wrecked to the point I would have to wait 30 min before driving home. I started taking these pills and 4 days in I was down to about 50% pain. I've been taking them faithfully every morning one pill without a meal. I have no pain no soreness after my heavy bag work! I'm about 2 weeks in and I last longer during workouts. My sparring sessions have improved major even when exhausted I can still keep pushing. This is a awesome product! Please note that I did experience the tingling sensation my first couple days my muscles did twitch. They ultimately have no taste. I would recommend these over and over again.
