I bought two and can no longer imagine living without a pot rack
I think this was $39 when I bought it a few years ago, and a few years before that. I had one at my back house, and when we rented it out it was one of the nicest things about the house, so we left it there and bought another one for the front house when we moved. It adds so much convenient storage, that we are considering renovating our 1949 kitchen but I can no longer imagine living without a pot rack and that's making things difficult for me. It holds a few non-stick skillets, a complete set of Emerilware, a strainer, and some utensils, and on top I have my pressure cooker, some mixing bowls, and all the glass Emerilware lids. I have it over my range because we don't have an extractor hood and it seemed the logical place, but if you have space I recommend putting it somewhere other than over the range because everything gets greasy and dirty and needs to be washed all the time. I don't know if it is genuine wrought iron or if it is steel with some kind of finish coating painted on, but it doesn't matter to me. It is very strong and looks very nice, and for the price I paid (twice!) it was an absolute steal. It adds charm, character, and a sense of design to my two very old, very small, and otherwise very sad kitchens. It must be hung from the ceiling joists.

Put 'em on the rack!
This rack is a great value for the money. Real Estate is always at a premium anywhere you are and this opens up what would otherwise be unused space. Overall it is of very sturdy construction and will support a good deal of weight, as long as you screw it into studs and not just sheet rock.It did loose a star for the suspension chain and lack of a rack for lids on top. The suspension chains could have been made a little more sturdy and you could have been given four points of suspension instead of two. This just means you have to keep it relatively balanced. I would say a 65 to 35 percentage is sufficient. With the lack of a lid rack for the top you have to stack lids on top of one another. I have experienced a couple of lids sliding off and falling into my sink. This was overcome by learning to stack them more effectively. This could have been solved in one of two manners. If they included a rack to store lids on their side or if the base slats were built to allow the handles of the lids to slide into their channels.Considering how little this costs compared to other racks, this is still a very worthy purchase.

Love it!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This pot rack! I have limited cupboard space in my new house and this thing is perfect. I am so in love with it!When it arrived it did have one or two dings in the paint but nothing that was obvious and could have been distinguished from normal wear and tear. Hanging it was a little bit challenging. I have 8ft ceiling and the chains were so long it pretty much sat on the counter when hung. I had to remove all but one link in the chain to get it the right height. The removable hooks are great too. I am can hang two pots and move them from left to right as needed to accommodate the different size and shapes. The rack on the top is especially nice to put my tea kettle and bunt pan.I have gotten numerous comments from friends and family about how nice it is. Even with hanging my non matching ugly pots and pans! Definitely a great solution for storage!

A Lot for Your Money
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this in the mail. The rack was much heavier and more sturdy than I imagined it would be for the price I paid. It was also of much higher quality that I had seen in homes before. The pot holder is a beautiful, warm, and inviting addition to your kitchen. We ordered additional "s" hooks for the rack and am glad we did so. I was able to hang two complete sets of pans, anodized and stainless steel, from the rack in an organized and convenient fashion. EVERYONE whom saw the pot holder hanging over our kitchen island LOVED it.It truly does make your kitchen feel so much more like home while making access to your pots and pans simple. I was used to digging the pan I needed from a pile of pans and lids down in my cabinet. This rack allows me to turn from my stove and effortlessly grab the pan I need without digging through the cabinet. I would have given 10 stars if it was possible.

Best addition to my kitchen since my Cuisinart!
This BEAUTIFUL wrought iron pot holder makes my whole kitchen and breakfast nook look like a million bucks!! I am so in love with this purchase!! It is everything they say and more!! My cousins have purchased one and haven't stopped raving about it either! It is utilitarian, gorgeous and strong! FYI: My husband bought some extra strength sheetrock hook/hanger thingys for the ceiling, just in case. We have some very heavy items up there and to have it come down would have been messy... better safe than sorry on that score. And it wouldn't have had anything to do with the product anyway! It turned out to be a good investment as my granddaughter loves to get on the center island with wooden spoons and Grandpa holding her steady to play the drums on the poor pots and pans hanging from it. It gets to swinging, but never ever has it fallen or had any problems at all. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

Great Piece
Absolutely no issues with this item whatsoever. I bought it 10 months ago, and am still completely satisfied. I know what you are thinking... it is a piece of metal that hangs from the ceiling... what could go wrong with it. True... but I will add a few pieces. 1. 10 months of use, and I have yet to see the first chip in paint or discoloring. 2. The hanging chain is more than adequate to hold whatever you need to, we have about 80 pounds of pots and pans and it handles it without issue. 3. It looks fabulous, especially in a kitchen theme that carries a country motif. The only change that I would make is that I would have liked to see it come with sturdier ceiling anchors. The ones it came with did not seem capable of holding much weight, so we spent 15 bucks at Lowes for anchors that would hold up to 150 pounds.Almost a year later, and we are still more than satisfied with the rack.
