I was really looking forward to these. My new steel toe ESD shoes are a little less than comfortable. However, these just didn't live up to the hype.1. The packaging had obviously been opened before. Never a good sign2. They are labeled as 'Gel'. There is nothing 'Gel' about these at all. No 'Gel' anywhere to be found3. They felt extremely weird. I walked up and down the floor and almost started to get used to them, but...4. When I tried to log in to our ESD station, one side would not conform. I took them out and replace them, walked up and down the floor for several minutes, and tried several other things, but no matter what I did, it would not conform. The OEM insoles worked just fine every time I swapped them out. Unfortunately, I was almost getting used to the feel by the time I was done trying to get them to work, but when they don't pass ESD, I can't do my job.

I wear ESD shoes all day long, and they hurt my feet because they didn't come with much cushion in the insole. I added a pair of Airfeet ESD gel insoles, on top of the original insoles in my ESD shoes. I very quickly noticed relief from plantar fasciitis. The PF is not totally gone, but the discomfort I experience is drastically reduced. The Airfeet gel insoles did feel strange at the first day or two I wore them; mostly because the gel moves around under foot as I walk. After a couple of days, the weirdness went away. I recommend this product for anybody who wears ESD footwear and wants more under foot cushion; especially if that person has plantar fasciitis.

These have made a world of difference. Can get through the manufacturing shift now without being absolutely miserable. Will buy again!
